We’re based out of Unit No. 101 on the first floor of the Eros Corporate Park. It’s in Tower K, right in Sector 2 of IMT Manesar. If you’ve ever been to Manesar, you know it’s mostly factories and big offices, so being in a corporate park is quite common. Our unit is just a basic office space where we manage the resorts and the restaurants. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, especially with the restaurants. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking on staff. The building is quite large, so it took us a while to get used to the layout when we first moved in. We usually grab coffee from the machine in the break room, which isn't great but it does the trick. There’s a lot of movement in the halls with people from other companies constantly passing by. It feels very industrial and productive. We don't have any fancy brochures or anything like that. We just focus on the daily operations and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. Sometimes the commute into Manesar is a headache because of the trucks, but that’s just how it is. We like being on the first floor because it means we don't have to wait for the elevators too long. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we handle.
