Navratan Agro Organic Pvt. Ltd. is located on the third floor of C-26 in the Palam Vyapar Kendra. Palam Vihar is a busy spot, and the Vyapar Kendra is always buzzing with people going to various shops and offices. Being on the third floor means we’re a bit removed from the street noise, which is nice. We mostly deal with the business side of organic agriculture and agro-products. Our office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a lot of files, and usually a few samples of seeds or products lying around. It’s not a showroom. It’s a place where we handle logistics and talk to farmers or suppliers. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. We’re a small group of people who just wanted to work in the organic sector. We don't have a corporate vibe. We’re more likely to be seen drinking tea and discussing crop cycles than giving fancy presentations. The work can be a bit dry sometimes, dealing with all the regulations and paperwork, but it’s what we do. People who know the Vyapar Kendra find us easily enough. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and have gotten to know the other business owners nearby. It’s just a regular office life for us, trying to stay on top of the organic trade.
