Our small office is located at 1466 in Sector 4, Gurgaon. It is a pretty standard spot in a part of the city that has seen a massive amount of change over the last decade. Naukrimnc.Com is the name we go by, and we mostly focus on work related to jobs and hiring. We don't have one of those high-rise offices with a view of the skyline. Instead, we are on the ground level where we can see the street and people walking past. The office is usually filled with the sound of people typing away on their keyboards. We keep our workspace very basic and functional. There is a small table we use for meetings, but mostly we just sit at our own desks and work through the lists and files we have. Sector 4 is an older part of Gurgaon compared to the shiny new developments, and we actually like it better that way. It feels more like a real place where people actually live. We don't use any complicated marketing talk or try to sound more important than we really are. We are just a few regular people trying to help others find a path to employment. Sometimes the internet connection is a bit slow or the power cuts out for a few minutes, but we just deal with it and get back to work. It isn't a glamorous life, but it’s what we do every day.
