We are based in Sector-40, Gurgaon, specifically at House Number 864. It is a quiet residential area compared to the main hubs of the city, which is nice for getting things done. We focus on cooperative development work, which means a lot of meetings and sorting through documents. The building is a typical Gurgaon house, not a glass skyscraper like you see in the other parts of town. We like the local feel of being in a sector instead of a corporate park. Most of the people working here live nearby in Haryana. We keep things fairly simple. There’s a desk for everyone and a small area where we have our meetings. It’s a lot of talk about agriculture, rural credit, and how to help cooperatives grow. We don't have fancy marketing teams or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the power cuts out or the water is an issue, but that is just part of life here. We’ve been here for a bit now and have settled into a good rhythm. It’s honest work and we take it seriously without making a big fuss. If you drop by, you’ll likely see a few cars parked outside and hear the sound of keyboards and people discussing projects. It’s just us doing what we need to do to keep things moving forward. We enjoy the work and the people we deal with every day.
