National Aluminium Co. Ltd.

Our place is over at H.No. 420 in Ward No. 9, Subhash Nagar. If you know where the Kharbanda Clinic is on New Railway Road in Gurgaon, then you’ve probably walked right past us. It’s a busy part of town. National Aluminium Co. Ltd. has been operating out of this house-turned-office for a while now. It feels more like a home than a big company building, which is nice in its own way. We have a few rooms set up with computers and shelves full of folders. It’s usually pretty hectic because of where we’re located. There's always noise from the street. We deal with a lot of different people coming through the doors every day. Some are looking for work, others are just delivery guys. It’s a lot of manual tracking of things. We don't use those fancy systems for everything; sometimes a pen and a ledger are just faster. The tea breaks are the best part of the day when we all sit around and talk about stuff other than aluminum. Gurgaon is changing fast, but this little corner feels a bit more traditional. We just do our jobs and try not to get stuck in the traffic on the way home. It’s simple, honest work and we’ve got a good little team here that knows the ropes. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the records straight for another day.
