Shiva Fibre Tech

Shiva Fibre Tech is located right out by the 40th Mile Stone on the Delhi Jaipur Highway. It’s a spot where the traffic never really stops. You can hear the big trucks rushing past at all hours, which becomes a sort of background noise after you’ve worked here a few weeks. Being out on the highway means we get a lot of dust blowing in, so we are constantly cleaning off the surfaces where we work with the fibre materials. The workshop is a basic setup. We have enough space for the molds and the resins we use. Working with fibre is a bit of a messy process, and you usually end up with some of it on your clothes by the end of the shift. It’s just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate things. Most of the people who come by are either picking up an order or dropping off materials. Sometimes travelers stop by thinking we’re a roadside dhaba because of where we’re situated, and we have to point them further down the road. We stay busy with the local projects and the steady work that comes from being on such a major route. It’s a simple life out here at the 40th mile stone. We just keep our heads down and get the orders finished without much fuss or talking about things we don't need to.
