You can find Napino Auto & Electronics Ltd at Plot No 7 in Sector 3 of IMT Manesar. This part of Manesar is always buzzing with activity. There are trucks everywhere and people moving between the different factories. Our plot is quite large, but it’s mostly filled with production lines and storage. It’s a noisy place with the sound of machinery going all day long. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re pretty much right in the middle of it. The staff wears uniforms, and we all know our roles. It’s not a place for sitting around. We have a lot of work to do every day. The canteen is where everyone catches up during the break. The food is okay, nothing special. We’ve been in Sector 3 for a long time and have seen the area grow. The roads are better now than they used to be. It gets really dusty outside, so we have to clean the windows quite often. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make parts and hope the machines don't break down. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time. The heat in the summer can be tough on the shop floor. We just drink plenty of water and keep the lines moving. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know.
