Nagarjuna Construction Co. Ltd

Our office for Nagarjuna Construction Co. Ltd is up on the 9th floor of JMD Regent Square. We are located right in the DLF Qutub Enclave, Phase II, on the main M G Road in Gurgaon. It’s a very busy part of the city. Usually, the elevators are packed in the morning with people heading to different offices. We have a good view of the traffic from up here, but mostly we are just looking at our computer screens or stacks of papers. It’s not a fancy or polished place inside. We have simple furniture and a lot of binders full of project details. We aren't big on corporate talk or anything like that. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home. The noise from the street doesn't reach us much on the 9th floor, which is good because it’s loud down there. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and talk about the weekend. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or the internet going slow, just like everyone else. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s a convenient spot because it’s close to everything, but it can be a headache to find parking. Most of us just take the metro or get dropped off. We don't try to impress anyone with the office décor. It’s just a place where construction work gets handled. It feels honest and real for us.
