My Returns

My Returns is run out of an office at 1505 in Sector 4, Gurgaon. It’s a residential-style area, so it’s not like being in one of those huge glass towers in the city. We focus on tax returns and filing papers for people. Most of our clients are just regular folks living nearby who don't want to mess up their own tax forms. It’s a lot of data entry and checking figures over and over. We have computers running all day and shelves full of files from previous years. The office is a bit cramped because of all the paper we have to keep. We try to stay organized, but during tax season, things get a little messy. It’s just how it goes when everyone brings in their documents at the last minute. We don't do anything too fancy. We just take the info you give us and put it into the system like it's supposed to be. Sometimes there are errors in the paperwork people bring, so we have to call them back and ask for the right stuff. It takes time, but we get it done eventually. We like being in Sector 4 because it’s easy for people to park their cars nearby and just walk in. It’s a basic service for the neighborhood. We’ve been doing this for a while and the routine stays pretty much the same every year.
