It’s a practical job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking through inventory. Sector-54 is a good spot because it’s easy to get to from other parts of Haryana or Delhi. We don’t really bother with big fancy marketing campaigns. We just stay busy with the day-to-day tasks. It's a bit of a scramble sometimes with how fast Gurgaon moves, but we keep up.
