We have been at Plot No. 120 in Udyog Vihar Phase I for a good while now. It’s an industrial area so it gets pretty busy during the day with all the trucks and people moving around. Our building isn't anything fancy to look at but it gets the job done for what we do. We mostly spend our time on the shop floor making sure the machines are running right. Some of us have been working here since the start and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It used to be much quieter around here. Now, there is always something going on next door or down the street. We keep our tools organized as much as we can, though things get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big order. That is just how it is in a factory setting. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot. We have a small tea break in the afternoon which is when everyone catches up. It is a lot of hard work but we are used to the routine. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People usually find us because they know someone who knows us. We just focus on getting the parts out the door and making sure they are what was asked for. It’s a straightforward way of doing things and it works for us and the people we work with.
