M/S Svec Construction Ltd.

Our office is located over at C-178 in Block-C, right in South City-II off Sohana Road. If you are familiar with Gurgaon, you know how much building is going on around here lately. M/S Svec Construction Ltd. has been part of that scene, tucked away in this neighborhood. It’s not a huge corporate building or anything like that. It is more of a practical space where we handle the paperwork and coordinate where the trucks need to go next. Most of our days are spent on the phone talking to suppliers or checking in on the different sites we have going. The traffic on Sohana Road can be a real headache sometimes, so we try to get an early start before things get too backed up. Inside the office, there are usually stacks of drawings and site plans scattered across the desks. We have a small team here. We aren't big on fancy meetings. Usually, we just talk over what needs to be fixed or which crew is short-handed for the day. It’s pretty straightforward work. Building things in Gurgaon means dealing with a lot of heat and dust, but that’s just part of the job. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and we’ve seen the area change quite a lot. We just focus on our own tasks and try to make sure everything we build stays standing for a long time.
