M/S S.V.E.C. Construction Ltd. Sector-49 Gurgaon Project: (G

We are M/S S.V.E.C. Construction Ltd., and we have set up our main shop over at 683, Sector 23 in Gurgaon. Right now, a lot of our focus is on the Sector-49 project, which keeps us pretty busy moving between the two areas every day. Gurgaon has changed a lot lately, and being in Haryana, the pace of life is always very fast. Our office is a straightforward place. We have maps on the walls and old boots near the door because we are often out at the sites. The Pin 122017 area is where we spend our mornings before heading out to check on the progress of the builds. It is not a corporate headquarters with marble floors; it is a working office with dust on the windows and calculators on every desk. We deal with the extreme heat in the summer and the heavy traffic on the local roads every single day. Construction work isn't always clean or easy, and our office reflects that reality. We have coffee, we have schedules, and we have a lot of phone calls to make to suppliers to keep things on track. People know us in Sector 23 as the construction folks who have been around for a bit. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or long meetings. We would much rather be out seeing how the concrete is pouring or making sure the materials arrived on time. It is a grit-and-dirt kind of business, and that is just fine with us.
