Ms. Shimizu Corporation

Ms. Shimizu Corporation has been around for a while, and right now you’ll find us at 611, Madanpuri, Gali No. 9 in Gurgaon. We still keep our permanent roots back at H.No-4830 in Muktiwara, Rewari, but most of our daily activity happens here in Gurgaon. It’s a busy little spot in Madanpuri. The streets are narrow and there’s always something going on outside our door. We’re a construction and engineering firm, but our local office feels more like a home base than a big corporate suite. We have a lot of people coming in and out, mostly staff and local workers. There’s usually a pot of tea going and a lot of talk about current sites and project deadlines. It can get a bit hectic, especially when we’re trying to coordinate stuff between Rewari and Gurgaon. We don't go in for fancy presentations or polished brochures. We’re more about the actual building and engineering side of things. Some of our paperwork is stacked in piles, and the desks are always covered in blueprints. It’s a real working environment. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the local economy and seen Gurgaon grow like crazy. It’s a tough business, and we’ve had our share of long nights and stressful weeks. But we keep showing up and doing what we know how to do. We’re just regular people who happened to get into the big world of construction and stayed there. It’s a lot of juggling but we're used to the pace by now.
