Our office is in one of the H.S.I.D.C apartments in Sector 31 of Gurgaon. It’s Flat D-601. It’s a bit different having a construction company run out of an apartment building, but it works for us. We’ve got our files and our plans all spread out on the tables there. Being in Haryana, especially in a place like Gurgaon, you see things being built every single day. We are just one part of that big picture. We don't have a huge showroom or a shiny glass front. Most of our real work happens out on the sites anyway. This place is just where we regroup and figure out the next steps. It’s a bit lived-in, with coffee mugs and blueprints everywhere. We’ve been in Sector 31 for a while and the location is handy because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. The team is small, just a handful of us who have been working together for years. We know how each other thinks. It’s not about being the biggest name in town. It’s about doing a job that we can stand behind. We just try to be fair and keep things moving forward. If you come by, you’ll probably find us looking over some drawings or on the phone with a supplier. That’s our day. It’s nothing glamorous, just hard work and a bit of organization here in our apartment office. We just stay focused on the tasks we have.
