M/S Lloyd Insulations (India) Ltd. New Delhi

We are based out of House Number 686 on the first floor in Sector-31, Gurgaon. Even though the company is officially linked to the New Delhi operations, this Haryana office handles a lot of the work in the NCR region. Sector-31 is a mix of residential houses and commercial shops, so it’s a decent and quiet place to work from. We focus on insulation services, which means we spend a lot of time looking at building specs and figuring out the best materials to use for each one. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space with desks and computers for our small staff. We have a few people who handle the site visits and others who stay in the office to manage the accounts and project files. Working in Gurgaon means we see a lot of new construction all the time, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the year. We don’t really do big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just rely on the work we’ve done before to get new jobs through recommendations. The first-floor setup is convenient enough for us to operate. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a lot of coordinating with contractors and making sure the insulation is installed correctly on the various sites we manage from here. We just take things one day at a time and focus on the current projects.
