M/S Five Star Constructions P.L. operates out of Kapashera in New Delhi. We’re located at House Number 266 on Row Nihal Singh Marg. You’ll see Sh. Chandeswar Prasad Gupta’s name on the gate. It’s a family-run kind of setup. We aren't some massive corporation with glass buildings. Our office is part of the community here. We handle a lot of local construction work. That means bricks, cement, and a lot of labor. Dealing with the authorities and getting permits is a big part of the day, which can be quite a headache. We spend most of our time at the actual construction sites rather than sitting behind a desk. Kapashera is a busy, crowded place, and we’re right in the middle of it. Our clothes usually have a bit of dust on them. We talk to the masons and the carpenters directly. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone with big presentations. If someone wants a wall built or a house renovated, we look at the site and give them a straight answer. It’s hard work, especially during the peak of summer or when the monsoon hits and everything turns to mud. We just keep moving forward, one brick at a time. It’s a simple life focused on building things that stay standing for a long time. We have been in this area for years and everyone around knows where to find the office when they need us.
