Ashish Tiwari and a few others manage the logistics from this spot. It’s not your typical office building with a lift and a security guard at the front. Instead, it’s a home that’s been turned into a workspace. This means the atmosphere is pretty relaxed and quiet compared to the chaos of the main roads in Delhi. Most of our time is spent managing shipments and talking to different transport partners. Folders and notebooks are everywhere, and the dining table often serves as a desk for sorting through delivery notes. No big corporate logo sits on the wall or anything like that. People who need us usually know how to reach us anyway. The neighborhood is friendly, and we often see the neighbors going about their daily lives while we’re busy with freight schedules. Working from a house makes it feel much more personal. We don't use a lot of complicated language to describe what we do. Helping move goods from one place to another and making sure the paperwork is sorted is our main thing. It’s straightforward, honest work without any extra fluff. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit, but we just use that time to grab a snack or some water. It’s just how we run things here and it works.
