Panipat is a place known for its history and its industries, and our office is right in the middle of things at Huda Colony Phase-II. We are at House No. 1644 in Section 12. It’s a decent area with a lot of families and other small businesses around. Our office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It makes for a very relaxed and informal atmosphere. We don't wear suits or have big boardrooms. Instead, we sit around a large table and figure out the logistics for the day. There is usually a pot of tea on the stove and some papers scattered about. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We spend a lot of time talking to the workers and making sure they have what they need for the various sites we look after. Sometimes the winters in Haryana get really cold, so we have small heaters tucked under our desks. In the summer, it’s the opposite and we’re all trying to stay cool. We’ve been at this location for a good while and it feels right. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big sales team. It’s just us, working hard and making sure the jobs are handled properly. It’s a simple life but we like the routine and the people we work with every day.
