M.R. Architects

Our office is up on the second floor at C-69 in the Palam Vyapar Kendra. Being in Palam Vihar means we are right in the middle of a lot of local activity every day. The building itself is a busy place with all sorts of shops and other offices, so there is always a lot of coming and going on the stairs throughout the afternoon. We are architects, but we don't have one of those minimalist, high-end offices you might expect to see in a magazine. Our space is full of rolls of tracing paper, old hard hats, and computers that have been around for quite a few years now. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and trying to make sure everything lines up correctly on the page. It’s a lot of practical work, and we don't spend much time on fancy speeches or mission statements. If you come by, you’ll see us in our regular clothes, likely leaning over a big table covered in blueprints and notes. The windows look out over the main parking area, which is almost always full of cars and delivery bikes. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the shopping complex. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the builders actually know what they are supposed to be doing on-site. It’s a straightforward way of working, and it keeps us busy enough.
