Monster .Com India Pvt. Ltd

Our office is at 1017 Maruti Vihar, which is in Chakkarpur, Gurgaon. It is a busy little corner of the city. Monster .Com India Pvt. Ltd has been here for a while and the office feels lived in. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and trying to match them up with what companies are asking for. It sounds simple but it takes a lot of hours sitting in front of the monitors. The Maruti Vihar area is pretty residential in parts, so it’s got a bit of a different feel than the big glass towers you see in other parts of Gurgaon. We have some old chairs that are actually quite comfortable once you get used to them. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint but nobody really has the time to worry about that. We get a lot of phone calls throughout the day and the sound of typing is basically the background music of the office. Chakkarpur can get a bit crowded during the rush hour so some of us try to leave a bit early or stay late to avoid the worst of it. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the job of helping people find work, and head home. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough. There’s a small park nearby where some of us walk during lunch just to get some actual sunlight. It’s a regular routine.
