Modern Technologies

Modern Technologies is at Shop No. 7 on the New Baselva Colony Main Road. This is in Sector 29, which stays pretty busy most of the time. Being right on the main road means there is a lot of traffic noise coming inside. You can hear the horns and the buses going by all day long. The shop itself is not very large, but we try to make the most of the space we have. We have shelves lining the walls filled with different tech items and tools. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two or three people are inside at once. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and fiddling with small screwdrivers. The floor is a bit worn down from people coming in and out over the years. Sector 29 has a lot of energy, and we enjoy being in the middle of it. We usually start the day by sweeping out the dust that blows in from the road. It’s a never-ending job, but it has to be done. We don't have any big corporate rules or strict uniforms here. We just work at our own pace and try to get things done correctly for whoever walks in. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to escape the heat for a minute. We have a small water cooler in the corner that everyone is welcome to use. It’s a straightforward business without any extra bells and whistles.
