Modern Prefab Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is at 454/9, Shivpuri Colony. If you know the area, we are right above Modern Nursary School. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the kids, but it’s a nice spot in Gurgoan. Modern Prefab Systems Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while now. We spend most of our time dealing with prefab structures and parts. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular workplace where we get things done. My desk is usually covered in papers and some tea stains. Haryana weather can be tough, especially in the summer, but the fans keep us going. People often call us up asking for directions because the colony lanes can be confusing for newcomers. We just tell them to look for the school and they usually find us eventually. We do a lot of coordination from this office. It’s mostly phone calls and emails back and forth all day. Sometimes we have to go out to sites, but a lot of the heavy lifting happens right here on our computers. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this neighborhood. There’s a chai stall nearby that we visit way too often. It’s just how we work, nothing too complicated or flashy. We focus on the prefab systems and making sure things move along as they should. That’s pretty much it for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. Every day is a bit different, but we manage.
