Our industrial unit is located over at Plot No. 558 in Phase-V of Udyog Vihar. This part of the city is always full of activity, with trucks coming and going and the constant sound of machinery from the neighboring buildings. We are not a giant corporation; we are a practical manufacturing spot where the work is hands-on. The shop floor is where most of us spend our entire day. It can get quite hot under the metal roof when the sun is out, but we are used to that. We do various types of industrial work that usually involves a lot of grease and metal. There is no fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you here. Usually, if someone comes by with a delivery or a question, they just walk in and find whoever is not busy with a machine. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us for a long time. We mostly focus on getting our daily production numbers met so we can ship things out on time. The traffic in Udyog Vihar can be a real mess in the evenings, so we try to get our loading done early. We don't have any big mission statements. We just show up, turn on the machines, and do the work that needs doing. It is noisy and sometimes tiring, but it is what we do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand until it is time to go home.
