We are located out in Manesar, specifically near the village of Nawada Fatehpur and the post office at Sikanderpur Badda. It is a bit of a trek to get out here if you are coming from the main city. The area has changed so much since we first started. It used to be mostly fields, but now it is all factories and warehouses. Our place is quite large and we have a lot of people working here in different sections. You see people coming in for their shifts at all hours of the day and night. The canteen is usually the busiest place during the lunch break. We make a lot of different parts here, mostly for the automotive sector. It involves a lot of assembly work and checking things over and over. Sometimes the machines break down and everything stops for a bit while the maintenance guys fix it. Those are the only quiet moments we get. The village nearby is where a lot of our workers stay, so there is a lot of walking back and forth on the dusty paths. It feels like a small town of its own inside the gates. We don't really do much marketing or talk about ourselves. Most people in the industry already know we are here at Nawada Fatehpur. It is just a big place where a lot of work gets done every single day. We just focus on the task.
