Mindarika Pvt. Ltd. is located out in Village Nawada Fatehpur, with the post office being Sikanderpur Badda. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but we like the space we have. We’ve been part of this village area for a long time. Our facility is where we handle various manufacturing and assembly tasks. It’s a large site, and there are always people coming and going. We don't have much time for fancy talk or big meetings. We just focus on the production line and making sure things are moving as they should. The roads around Nawada Fatehpur can be a bit rough after the rain, but we are used to it by now. Most of our workers live nearby, so it feels like a community effort. We aren't a high-tech startup in a glass tower. We are a factory where real work gets done every single day. There is always the hum of machinery in the background. We keep track of everything in our ledgers and on the computers. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it one day at a time. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in this part of the country. We are proud of what we do here without needing to shout about it. It is just steady, reliable work that keeps everyone here busy from morning until the evening whistle blows. We keep at it every single day we are here.
