Minda Fiamm Acoustic Limited

Our place is Minda Fiamm Acoustic Limited, and we are located in Vill. Navada Fatehpur, right near the Po-Sikanderpur Badda area in the district. It’s an industrial spot, so there are a lot of factories around here. We work on acoustic products, which involves a lot of manufacturing and technical stuff. The factory floor is usually noisy and full of people working on machines. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the city, but we like being in the village area. Our daily routine is mostly about meeting production targets and making sure the quality is okay. We have a lot of local workers from the surrounding villages who come in for their shifts. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a lot of fancy office furniture or a shiny reception area. Most of our focus is on what’s happening on the shop floor. Sometimes parts get delayed or a machine needs a repair, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't a corporate office with a lot of meetings; we are a production facility. We spend our time checking parts and making sure the orders are ready to go out. Being in Navada Fatehpur means we are part of the local industrial community. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every day. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
