Millan Placement Services

We've been working out of Radha Palace 214 in the Gurgaon H.O area for a while now. Millan Placement Services is basically just a small team of us trying to help people find jobs. It gets pretty busy around here. We spend most of our mornings looking through resumes and talking to folks who walk in. The office isn't fancy, just a few desks and a lot of paper. Finding the right person for a role is harder than it looks on paper. We talk to local businesses and see what they need. Sometimes it works out fast, other times it takes weeks of calls. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just know the local market and try to be useful. Gurgaon is a big place with lots of movement. People come in looking for a change or their first start. We listen to what they've done before. If we have something that fits, we tell them. If not, we keep their name on file. It's a lot of coordination. There are days when the phone won't stop ringing. We try to keep things simple and honest. You won't find any slick sales talk here. We just focus on the work at hand. Most of our day is spent on the computer or on the phone. It's just a regular local business doing what we can to keep people employed. It's rewarding when someone calls back to say they got the job. That's why we stay in this spot.
