Mfar Constructions Pvt Ltd has a presence over at the Civil Engg Hostel, Room 32, in the Jnana Bharati Campus. This is part of Bangalore University, Bangalore-56. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a construction office, but it works for us. Prashant Yadav is the one you’d usually find here. Being on the university campus keeps us close to the engineering side of things. It’s a lot of technical talk and looking at the science behind how buildings stand up. We aren't a big corporate firm with a glass building. We just have this space where we study plans and figure out how to solve problems on the job site. It’s a bit academic here, which makes sense given the location. We spend a lot of time thinking about materials and structural integrity. It’s not just about laying bricks; it’s about making sure everything is done correctly. The campus is green and quiet, which is a nice change from the dusty construction sites we visit. We’ve been connected to this area for a while now. Students often pass by, and it reminds us of when we were first learning the trade. We do a lot of coordination from this small room. It’s simple and functional. We don't need much more than a desk and some good blueprints. We’re just a group of people who really understand the nuts and bolts of building things.
