Mfar Constructions Pvt Ltd has been based here at A-278/20 in Shanti Nagar for some time now. Being near Beri Wala Bag in Gurgaon puts us in an area that has seen a lot of change. Our daily routine is mostly about keeping our various building projects moving. We aren't the type to sit in air-conditioned meetings all day talking about strategy. Usually, we are out in the dust or sitting here at the desk trying to track down a supplier. The Gurgaon heat can be tough on the crews, so we spend a lot of time worrying about the pace of work during the summer months. Our office is a simple place where we keep the records and handle the payroll for the guys on the ground. It’s not fancy, and we like it that way because construction is messy work anyway. There is always a pile of blueprints that need checking or a permit that needs a signature. We just do our thing and try to make sure the buildings we work on are safe and finished when we said they would be. People around Shanti Nagar know us as the construction folks who are always busy. We don’t have much time for marketing or fancy signs. We just let the work speak for itself and try to stay out of the way of the neighbors. It's a bit of a grind, but we like seeing things get built.
