Our office is over at B-20 in the Omaxe Villa area, which is in Sector-51 of Gurgaon. Mfar Construction has been operating out of this part of Haryana for a while now. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic in Gurgaon can be a real headache some mornings. We use this place as our main hub for the projects we have going on nearby. It’s not a big corporate building, just a practical space where we can sit down and figure out the logistics of our building sites. We have a few people in the office handling the accounts and the scheduling. Most of the time, the rest of us are out in the field. We don't really go for big advertisements or anything like that. We think the work should speak for itself once the scaffolding comes down. It’s a lot of coordination between the different crews and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go sideways, like with the weather or a late truck, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been in the construction game for a long time and we know it’s mostly about showing up and putting in the hours. That is what we do here in Sector-51. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep our operations just as simple. We keep the doors open and the phones ready.
