We are based out of Sector 6 in IMT Manesar, right on Plot 20-21. It’s a typical industrial spot. We spend our days dealing with metalware, and there is always a lot of activity on the floor. The machines can be loud, so you have to shout a bit if you’re talking near the production line. We’ve been here since the area started developing more. It’s a big space, which we need for all the equipment and the raw materials that come in. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations in the office. It’s mostly just files, desks, and some samples of what we make. The guys in the workshop know their jobs well. They’ve been handling metal for a long time. Sometimes we have issues with the power or the transport trucks, but that’s just part of being in Manesar. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We just make metal items and try to keep things moving. Lunch breaks are usually spent together in the small canteen area. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. If someone needs metalware, they find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our trucks around. We just focus on the daily grind and making sure the inventory is right. It is hard work, and the floors are always a bit greasy, but we like the routine of making things from scratch every morning.
