Melstar I.T Ltd (Cmm L-Iii, Yash Birla Group)

Melstar I.T Ltd is our company, and we are based out in Gurgaon. We have been here for a good while now, dealing with all the tech stuff that comes our way. The office is officially part of the Yash Birla Group, specifically the Cmm L-Iii side, but day to day it just feels like a normal workplace where we get things done. People come in, grab some tea, and get straight to their desks. It gets pretty busy around here, especially with the way Gurgaon is growing so fast. We aren't trying to be some fancy corporate giants, even if the name sounds a bit formal on paper. Most days it's just about keeping the systems running and making sure the computers are behaving. The weather here can be a real pain, either it's too hot or just dusty, but we stay inside and keep at it. It’s a decent spot to be. We’ve got a mix of people, some have been here for years and others are just starting out. It’s not always perfect, things break or the internet acts up, but we figure it out together. Being in this part of India means there’s always something moving and changing. We just stay focused on what’s in front of us. It isn't like those movies, just a regular office with people trying to do their jobs right. Sometimes we stay late when things pile up. That is just how life is.
