This location is right at Sector 38, near Rajiv Chowk. It’s a major landmark around here, so most people don’t have trouble finding us, though the traffic at the chowk can be a nightmare at certain hours. We are part of the larger Medanta setup, but our day-to-day is really just about the people coming in and out of these specific doors. The building is quite large and can feel a bit intimidating if you aren’t used to it. We have a lot of different sections for different types of care. Most of the time, the hallways are full of staff moving quickly and families waiting on benches. It’s a lot to manage. We have to keep track of a massive amount of paperwork and digital records every single day. Sometimes the computers slow down and we have to do things the old-fashioned way for a bit. It’s not always perfect, but we try to keep the flow going so nobody is waiting longer than they have to. The lobby usually smells a bit like cleaning supplies and coffee from the small stand nearby. We don’t really do the whole corporate speech thing. We’re just here to handle the patient load and make sure the doctors have what they need to do their jobs. It’s a busy life, and there’s always something that needs fixing or updating in the facility.
