Maxim Smt Technologies Pvt.ltd. is over at Plot No.145, Sector-7, in IMT Manesar. This part of the sector is a bit quieter than the others, which is nice. Our work involves SMT machines, so we have to keep the floor relatively clean compared to some of the other workshops nearby. It's still an industrial unit though, so there’s always some dust and the occasional oil leak to deal with. We have several long lines of equipment that take up most of the floor space. The technicians are usually leaning over machines with tweezers or looking at screens. We have a small storage room in the back where we keep the spare parts and the expensive tools. The air conditioning in the main room works okay, but it struggles in the peak of summer. We have a small kettle for making coffee and a fridge that's mostly full of water bottles. Most of the day is spent troubleshooting or setting up the next run. It’s a lot of sitting and standing in the same spot for hours. We don't have any big signs or fancy branding inside the office. It’s just a place where we come to work on electronics and wait for the weekend. The people here are decent and we mostly just talk about the work or what’s on the news. It’s a steady job in a big industrial park, nothing more, nothing less.
