Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is always busy with people and cars. Chakkarpur is a lively neighborhood. It isn't one of those sanitized corporate zones; it has a lot of character and real life going on. Our office is a simple place. We have enough room for our desks and a small spot to sit and have lunch. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we don't mind it much. It makes it easier to talk to each other without having to send an email for every little thing. We handle a lot of workforce related tasks and the phones are usually ringing pretty often. We are just a small team trying to stay on top of everything. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful if you are carrying boxes. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door says hello. It is a very human way to work.
