Over here at Jagjit Nagar E-251, we spend most of our time surrounded by stacks of beds. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We’ve been in this neighborhood for quite a stretch, and people know they can just drop in. The shop floor is simple. We don't have those bright, blinding lights you see in big malls. It’s more of a quiet place where we move mattresses from one side to the other. People come in and ask about foam or springs, and we tell them what we know from years of handling them. It’s heavy work, honestly. Dragging a king-size mattress around is no joke, and by the end of the day, our backs usually feel it. We don’t try to act like we’re part of some big chain. It’s just us. Sometimes the shop gets a little messy when a new shipment arrives and we have to stack things in the corners. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a working warehouse as much as a store. You’ll see us in our everyday clothes, probably with a bit of tape or plastic wrap stuck to our shirts. We just keep doing what we do, day after day. It’s about having a place where someone can find a decent place to sleep without any unnecessary drama or sales pitches.
