Our office is tucked away in the Hewo Apartments at 162, Sector 15 B in Gurgaon. Margdarshan Consultants is run from this residential area, which makes it feel a lot more like a home than a stiff business office. We like it this way because it’s quiet and we can actually hear ourselves think. We don't have a big sign on the road or a fancy lobby with a security guard. You just come to the apartment and that’s where we are. We handle consulting work, which mostly means we spend our time talking through problems and looking for solutions for our clients. It is a lot of meetings around a simple table. We drink tea, look at the data, and try to give the best advice we can based on what we know. Being in Sector 15 B means we are close to everything but still tucked away from the main noise of the city. We have a small team and we all know each other well. There is no hierarchy or formal dress code here. We just wear what is comfortable and get to work. People seem to appreciate that we are just regular folks who happen to know a lot about consulting. We stay busy with the work and don't worry too much about the rest of it. It’s a simple life.
