Mansha Recruitment Services Pvt Ltd is based in Shahdara. Our office is in Building No 8/72, specifically on Ram Gali in Vishwas Nagar. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how crowded and lively the streets can be. Ram Gali is always full of people moving around. We spend our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are searching for work. It is a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks. The building isn't the newest, but it serves us well. We have a few rooms where we conduct interviews. It can get noisy outside, but we just get on with it. We have been in Vishwas Nagar for some time now and we feel like part of the furniture. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on people knowing where we are. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It is a very human way to work. We meet all kinds of people every day. Some are nervous, some are excited. We just try to be helpful without making a big fuss. Working in Shahdara means you have to be tough and patient. We open the office early and usually leave when the market starts to wind down. It is just a regular job for us, and we are happy to be in the middle of Vishwas Nagar.
