Our office is over in Kalkaji, specifically at 256/3 in Govind Puri. Even though the name says Gurgaon, we’ve been operating from this New Delhi spot for some time. It’s a busy area and the space is tucked away, so you have to look for the number. We handle various bits of paperwork and consulting work for people who come to us. It is mostly just sitting at desks, answering phones, and going through files. The team is small, just a few of us who know the ropes. We aren't a big firm with glass walls or anything like that. It's a simple setup with some chairs for visitors and a lot of folders. The neighborhood is always noisy, which is just how Kalkaji is. We spend most of the day talking to clients about their requirements and trying to get things sorted. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than expected, but we just keep at it. Most of our regulars are from around the local area or people who heard about us from friends. We don't have a big reception area, but we make sure there is a place for people to sit while we talk. It’s a basic business run by regular people who live nearby and know the city well. We've stayed in this same spot for years because it's convenient for everyone.
