Paradi Gm Waist Wear

Our workshop is at No. 194 in Sector- 6 of the IMT Manesar area. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of noise from trucks and other factories around us. Paradi Gm Waist Wear is where we spend our days making belts and other waist accessories. The floor is mostly concrete, and we have several heavy-duty machines lined up. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we have big fans running constantly. It’s a practical workspace, not a place for entertaining guests. We have rolls of material and buckles stacked up in the corners. Most of our work is about meeting the daily production numbers so we can get the shipments out. The staff here is mostly local guys who have been doing this kind of work for years. We don’t have a fancy lunchroom; we just sit together and eat what we brought from home. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. If something needs to be moved, we all help out. The office part is just a small desk with a computer that’s a few years old. We don’t spend money on things we don't need. Our focus is just on the daily grind of making the products and keeping the machines running. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. There is a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk after the shift ends.
