Malvika Impex

Malvika Impex is located at I-22 in South City-II, right off Sohna Road in Gurgaon. This part of town has grown so fast, but our office feels like a stable little corner. We handle import and export tasks, mostly dealing with general merchandise. The office is a bit like a second home for most of us. We have some files piled up and a small kitchen where we make coffee. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our job well. Sohna Road is always busy with new malls and apartments, but inside our office, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. We spend our days coordinating between factories and buyers. It’s a lot of checking sizes, weights, and shipping dates. Sometimes there are delays at the warehouse, and we have to explain that to everyone involved. We don't use flashy brochures or big slogans. We just talk to people like they are people. If someone calls with a question, they usually talk to one of the three or four of us who are always here. We’ve built some good relationships over the years just by being regular and showing up every day. It’s a practical business, and we like it that way. We focus on the details that keep things moving smoothly for our clients and suppliers.
