Our business, Malrik Seam, is located at Plot No -211 in Phase 4th. This is an industrial area, so it is mostly just warehouses and workshops around us. It is not the kind of place you come for a stroll. There is always a lot of dust in the air and trucks moving in and out of the gates. We have a decent-sized space where we do all our stitching and seam work. It gets quite loud when all the machines are running at once. We do not have a fancy reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and you see people working. We spend most of our time looking at patterns and making sure the machines are oiled properly. The heat can get pretty bad in the afternoons since it is a big open shed, but we have some big fans that help a bit. We have been in Phase 4 for a few years now. Most of our workers live in the nearby colonies. We do not really have a mission statement or anything. We just try to get the orders done on time so we can go home. It is straightforward work. We deal with lots of thread and heavy fabrics. It is a bit of a grind, but it is what we know. The neighbors are other businesses doing similar things, so we all just get on with our day.
