Mak Associates is located right by Rajiv Chowk. If you’ve ever been through this area, you know how busy it can get. We are right in the thick of it. The office is a modest space where we handle our daily business. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Being near such a major junction makes it convenient for people to stop by, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache. We don't go in for fancy decor or anything like that. It’s just a functional office with desks, computers, and a lot of paper. Most of our day is spent talking to people or working through files. It’s not glamorous, but it’s the work we do. We like the energy of Rajiv Chowk. There is always something happening outside our window. We get a mix of people coming in—some are old regulars and others are just passing through and saw our sign. We try to be straightforward with everyone. No big speeches or complicated terms. We just look at what needs to be done and try to get it sorted. It’s a local operation, and we just aim to be reliable. When the workday ends, we’re usually just glad to have helped a few more people. It’s a plain and simple way to run a business, and it works for us here.
