Mahle Filter Systems India Limited - Gurgaon

We are located right out on the 38th Milestone along National Highway 8. If you are driving down the highway, it’s hard to miss the area, though you have to keep an eye out for the turn-off. Being out here in Gurgaon means we have plenty of space, which is necessary for what we do. The facility is large and runs pretty much round the clock. You can hear the hum of the machinery from the gate. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming in and out at all hours, hauling filters and parts to wherever they need to go next. Mahle Filter Systems has a lot of people working here, and most of us have our own routines. The canteen is usually where everyone catches up on the local news or just takes a breather from the heat. It gets quite warm in the summer months being so close to the road, but we are used to it by now. The commute for some of the staff is a bit long, but the highway makes it straightforward enough. We don't spend much time worrying about how the building looks from the outside; as long as the lines are running and the orders are packed, we are satisfied. It’s a practical setup designed for hard work, not for showing off. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks.
