Being over here at 88, Phase-1 in Udyog Vihar means we are right in the thick of the industrial crowd. This building has seen a lot of filters and equipment move through its doors over the years. We mostly handle assembly work and getting the components ready for shipment. Most of the guys on the floor know exactly where every bolt and mesh screen goes without even having to look at a manual anymore. It can get pretty cramped inside when a big shipment of raw material arrives and we have to stack crates near the front entrance. The office is just a small corner with a couple of old desks that are usually covered in loose paperwork and empty tea cups. We are not doing anything flashy or high-tech here. We just assemble the filters and check to see if they are put together right. If something is off, we just take it apart and start over again. That is just how the work goes. The traffic outside in Udyog Vihar is always a total mess, so we usually try to get all the loading and unloading done very early in the morning before the roads get blocked up with cars. It is a steady job and we have a small team where everyone knows their role. We do not have meetings; we just talk over the noise of the machines. It is simple work that keeps us busy.
