We work out of a house in Sector 21, Urban Estate in Gurgaon. It’s House Number 904. S.K. Chauhan is the person who runs things at this location. It’s a bit different because it’s in a residential area, but we’ve made it our base. We have transformed the rooms into office spaces. There are computers and printers everywhere. It’s not a big corporate building with glass walls. It feels more like a home office. We handle the logistics side of things. There’s a lot of coordinating with different ports and transport hubs. Even though we are in a quiet street, we stay busy. The phones are always going. We spend hours tracking containers and talking to agents. Gurgaon can be very busy, so we like our little spot here. We have a small kitchen where we make tea throughout the day. Most of us have been working here for a few years now. We don't have any fancy brochures. We just do our tasks and keep our heads down. Every day is different. Some days we are buried in spreadsheets. Other days we are on the phone all afternoon trying to find a missing driver. It’s just how the logistics business works. We keep things simple. We don't try to sound like a big company. We just do the work that needs doing for the people who call.
