Macpower Cnc Machines Pvt Ltd is based in the DLF Industrial Area Phase I, at I-/38. This part of the city is all about industry and manufacturing. You can hear the hum of machines from almost every building on this street. We work with CNC machines, which are complicated pieces of equipment, but we try to keep our daily operations as simple as possible. The floor is mostly covered with metal shavings and we are always wearing heavy boots to stay safe. It is a big space with high ceilings, so it can get quite cold in the mornings and then very hot by mid-afternoon. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and some old photos of machines we have worked on in the past. It is a very hands-on environment. Most of us would rather be out on the floor than sitting at a desk doing emails. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. If a machine is broken, we fix it. If someone needs a part, we find it. We have some regulars who stop by just to see what we are working on or to borrow a tool. It is that kind of place. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just come in through the main door and shout if you don't see anyone right away.
