Machino Basell India Ltd.

We are located at Plot No. 2 in Sector 33, right along the Delhi Jaipur Highway. Being on the highway means we see a lot of traffic passing by all day and night. Machino Basell India Ltd. is primarily involved in plastics and polymers, specifically compounding work. The facility here is quite large because we need the space for the big machines and all the raw materials we store. It gets pretty hot in the summer months, especially out on the production floor, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. The location is convenient for trucks coming from Delhi or going towards Jaipur. We have a lot of stuff moving in and out every day. Sometimes the highway gets blocked by accidents or construction, which makes things a bit difficult for our schedules, but we've learned to plan for that. Our team is a mix of engineers and operators who know the machinery inside out. We don’t have a lot of fancy office furniture; we mostly focus on keeping the production lines going. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the shifts are long. We’ve been at this plot for many years now. Most of the people working here live in the nearby sectors, so we have a bit of a community feel even though it’s an industrial site. We just focus on making sure the batches are right and the shipments are loaded correctly. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work.
