Lt Overseas

We are based at 35/1-B in Rail Vihar, which is in Sector-56 of Gurgaon. It’s a bit different from the big shiny office buildings you see in other parts of the city. Rail Vihar is more of a quiet residential area, so it’s actually a nice place to work without all the noise of the main roads. The office itself is just a regular unit that we’ve converted for our needs. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a small area for meetings that usually just ends up being where we drink tea. We handle a lot of overseas stuff, so there’s always someone checking the time zones or waiting for a call from a different part of the world. It’s a relaxed atmosphere here. We don't have a dress code or any of those corporate rules. As long as the work gets done, everyone is happy. The neighborhood has some nice trees and it’s easy to find a spot to walk around during a break. We’ve got some files stacked up in the corners and the printer usually makes a weird noise, but it gets the job done. It feels more like a family-run thing than a big company. We like being in Sector-56. It’s got a good feel to it, and 35/1-B Rail Vihar has been our home base for a good while now.
